Mary Ann grew up in Camden, Arkansas. She moved to Southern California in 1964 where she met and married Ron in 1965. Ron and Mary Ann have two sons and three grandchildren.
She has worked as an Administrative Assistant for a major Accounting firm for over 30 years and assists Ron with her official duties as the Secretary of Chaplain Services International (CSI).
Ron and Mary Ann enjoy traveling on weekends to churches where they present the various ministry services provided by CSI.
About Us
Ron and Mary Ann Richardson served as senior pastors for 23 years with the Assemblies of God during which time he served in a variety of chaplaincy venues.
In 2000 they moved from traditional pastoral ministry to full time chaplaincy and began Chaplain Services International. In 2002 they received General Council appointment as missionaries with the Assemblies of God Chaplaincy Department.
He is a chaplain for the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, Fresno, CA and trains chaplain volunteers. In 1998 he developed a chaplaincy for public schools. He is also Senior Chaplain for two corporations with approximately 30,000 employees in hundreds of locations throughout North America.
Chaplain Richardson has extensive training and experience in Critical Incident Stress Management with three Certificates of Specialized Training.

He is a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress, a Fellow with the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and a Thought Field Therapy practitioner. He is an Approved Instructor for ten International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) courses and provides crisis intervention workshops throughout the U.S.
He is available for speaking engagements and can provide mini-workshops for groups interested in training their leadership for crisis intervention or in practical church outreach methods.
